SIZE:
Often times, after a half-hour or a few hours your ears ache and are sore. I can tell you that after wearing these dozens of times in the last few weeks my ears never once got sore. I used the smallest insert it came with [I feel like I have average ears, but it comes with a medium and large size too]. Ironically, all 4 of my children could also use this size [ages 9,7,5, and 3]. The three year old they were almost too big for her ears. What helps it stay inside your ear without falling out is that little extra piece that tucks under your outer ear--it really holds the buds in place...they NEVER came out even while exercising.
Pros:
-comfortable [ears never got sore]
-sound is what you would expect from Bose ---nothing but the clearest quality
-these are not noise canceling so you can still hear outside noises unless it is up very very loud, but it does a good job of going up high without any distortion
-love the clip to keep the mic near my mouth while using with my iPhone to call someone
-love the little case with a clip that came with it to keep them protected [but handy!] when i wasn't using them when out and about or at the pool
-love the ability to adjust the sound from the cord
-used it to workout and even in humidity and sweating the sound or device never wavered or was effected
Cons:
no one i talked to on the phone complained about the sound, but they did say they could tell i was on a speaker phone like device or bluetooth, but again no one complained about it just for your information
